This session with Jackie and Garrett felt effortless in the best way. There was no pressure to perform. Just two people fully present in the moment, soaking in the sun, the silence, and the last stretch of life before baby. It was calm and connected. A pause before parenthood. A reminder that you don’t have to travel far to make something meaningful.

Bringing the Boho Vibe to Downtown Ft. Myers

Ft. Myers might not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of a boho maternity shoot, but it absolutely delivered.

We started downtown, right around golden hour. Jackie wore a warm chocolate-toned knit dress that moved beautifully with her. She walked barefoot through the banyan trees, leaning into each moment like she’d done this a hundred times. The light hit just right. That warm, late-fall glow that makes everything feel softer. Florida might be known for beaches, but downtown Ft. Myers has these hidden little corners that feel like something out of a storybook.

Then came outfit number two, a creamy two-piece set with all the texture and flow I could ask for. Soft. Feminine. Effortless. She twirled in the light and melted into Garrett’s arms like no one else was watching.

That’s the kind of energy I live for. It’s not just about the outfits or the location. It’s about capturing that quiet confidence, that sense of knowing who you are in this exact moment.

They’re getting ready to welcome their first baby. And while this was a styled session, nothing about it felt stiff or staged. They laughed, held hands, and soaked in the stillness before their life shifted in a beautiful, big way.
